Catherine Plauche

Catherine was born on December 24, 1975 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2000 with a B.A. in English Literature. Upon graduation, she joined the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals before attending the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University where she graduated in May of 2005.

While in law school, Catherine was the law clerk for the Civil Section of the Louisiana Department of Corrections. After graduating from the LSU Law Center, she was Law Clerk to the Honorable James J. Best of the 18th Judicial District of Louisiana before becoming an associate at Louisiana's leading asbestos plaintiff personal injury firm, LeBlanc and Waddell. Catherine joined Dodson, Hooks and Frederick, APLC in February 2007 and manages a section in the firm's plaintiff personal injury practice.

Catherine is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana and is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Justice. Catherine resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is married to Christopher DeJohn, owner of Bebop Music Shop.
