This letter is a continuation of the series of Lafuria Litigation updates that began on July 9, 2007, attached hereto as Exhibit one. The Bankruptcy case is moving rapidly toward conclusion. On August 28, and 29, 2007, Dr. Lafuria, Mrs. Lafuria, and their two daughters, Amy Lafuria and Elizabeth Lafuria were deposed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2004. These depositions took the greater part of two days and provided your lawyers with information which has led us to the conclusion that there are, in fact, no additional assets or any hidden assets belonging to the Lafuria family.
