Brent P. Frederick

Brent was born on April 29, 1970 in Lafayette, Louisiana. He graduated in 1993 from The University of Louisiana, Lafayette with a B.S. in Psychology and minors in Biology and Chemistry. Throughout his undergraduate studies, Mr. Frederick worked full time and was a member of Louisiana's Army National Guard Infantry Battalion. During Operation Desert Storm Mr. Frederick’s unit was deployed and he served six months of active duty.

Mr. Frederick earned his law degree from Tulane University in 1997, graduating with honors. While attending Tulane Mr. Frederick was a member of the school’s National Appellate Moot Court program and he was named Best Oralist in the Preliminary Round of the Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Frederick was a partner with one of the state’s largest and oldest defense firms.

Outside of his litigation practice, Mr. Frederick donates his time to raising money for children’s charities throughout the state. The primary method by which he carries out that work is through his membership in the Fore!Kids Foundation, a New Orleans based non-profit group that raises money year round for children's charities through golf related events. The most recognizable event that the Foundation promotes and organizes each year is the Zurich Classic, New Orleans, a nationally televised PGA golf tournament annually attended by many of the nation's top professional golfers. Mr. Frederick and his wife are also active members of their church where they serve as morning greeters and Sunday school teachers.

Mr. Frederick is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts within Louisiana and he has been admitted pro hac vice (temporary status) in Georgia, Oklahoma and Nevada. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana Association for Justice.

Brent lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with his wife of 13 years, Jennifer Page Frederick, and their three children, Tyler, Gabrielle and Peyton.
